14. **Our Returns and Cancellation Policy**

| **Your right to cancel or return your purchase**
We will issue a refund on the receipt of goods in an unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. See Below:

- **Change of Mind (within 14 days):** You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery with the return of goods at your expense, with no restocking fee.

- **Change of Mind (after 14 days):** After 14 days, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the customer's receipt of goods.

- **Commercial / B2B Sales:** A 15-30% re-stocking fee applies to non-faulty goods returned within 14 days or after 14 days. This fee will be deducted from your order invoice total.

- **Faulty and/or Damaged Goods:** Report within 5 days for replacement without cost, providing photographic evidence of damage.

**How to return your purchase**

Goods from promotional offers are refundable at the sale price. The company has limited liability for direct injury, loss, or damage beyond reasonable control.

23. **Buy Now, Search Later Price Guarantee**
If you find your Northants Flooring Supplies basket total cheaper elsewhere within seven days, we guarantee to refund the difference.
