**Returns and Cancellations Policy**
**Change of Mind:**
- Within 14 days: No restocking fee for returns.
**Commercial/B2B Sales:**
- 15-30% restocking fee for non-faulty goods.
- Customer covers return cost for commercial & B2B sales.
**Faulty/Damaged Goods:**
- Report within 5 days with photos.
- Free replacement.
**How to Return:**
1. Contact us for a return number.
2. Ship to Northants Flooring Supplies.
3. Refund initiated upon receipt.
**Customer Responsibilities:**
- Arrange courier transport.
- Return goods within 30 days, unused, "as new."
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Accessories, Glue, Liquids, Tools, etc.
- Certain bespoke orders, check product details.
**Declined Returns:**
- Goods and services £42.00 or less.
**Failed Deliveries:**
- Additional return costs if delivery fails.
